Your Partners in Support
For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families through community services. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how important it is for people to have the right support, meaningful choices, and opportunities to live a life that reflects who they are and what matters to them.
I created Pathways because I wanted to build a more personal approach to support—one that listens first, respects individual goals, and focuses on helping people feel connected, valued, and included in their communities.
At Pathways, every person has their own journey. Our role is to help make that journey a little clearer, more meaningful, and more independent.
